A classic chorale tradition, “Choraler of the Week” is back with a bang! “Choraler of the Week” highlights a different member of the Chorale, and once a choraler is nominated, they nominate a new choraler of a different gender and different class to be featured the next week. This allows both Chorale members and the general public to get to know our amazing members a little bit better. And what better way to start of the year than by highlighting our very own junior, Danielle Charles! Read about Danielle’s go-to karaoke song, her favorite chorale piece, and more in the flyer below.

Congratulations to all the new accepted members of BC’s University Chorale! Thank you to everyone who auditioned; we heard some incredible voices, and this made the decision incredibly difficult. If you do not see your name on this list, we encourage you to audition again next semester! Posted below are the new members for our fall 2019 semester:

To all the new members, please come to our first rehearsal Thursday, September 5th at 4:30pm in Lyons, room 423. For our freshman: you will leave for convocation at 5:15 pm. Please come dressed in your convocation attire! Congratulations again, and welcome to the University Chorale of Boston College!
Welcome everyone! We are very excited to announce that auditions for the University Chorale of Boston College will take place September 1st-4th in Lyons Hall, room #426. Each day, auditions will run from 2:00pm-6:00pm, and there is no preparation necessary to audition. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!
This week we begin the process of electing next year’s Junior Officers. Those elected will ultimately be in a position of leadership so choose those you think will be the best for the job. Officers put in a lot of work to make chorale run as smoothly as it does. We are lucky enough to have ten sophomore candidates who are all passionate about Chorale!
Remember Choralers, voting is on Thursday, March 14th, and you must be in attendance to vote. In the meantime, the candidates have created platforms so you can get to know them a little better; these are shown below. Good luck to all of the candidates!
