A classic chorale tradition, “Choraler of the Week” is back with a bang! “Choraler of the Week” highlights a different member of the Chorale, and once a choraler is nominated, they nominate a new choraler of a different gender and different class to be featured the next week. This allows both Chorale members and the general public to get to know our amazing members a little bit better. And what better way to start of the year than by highlighting our very own junior, Danielle Charles! Read about Danielle’s go-to karaoke song, her favorite chorale piece, and more in the flyer below.

Looking to see what kind of amazing things you can do with Chorale? Check out our travels from our past Spring Break in Ireland!
From March 1st-9th, the University Chorale of Boston College explored all that the beautiful country of Ireland has to offer! Spending 4 days in both Galway and 4 days in Dublin, with some day trips to the Inis Mor, Kilkenny, and the Aran Islands, the 60+ members had fun visiting cathedrals and countryside while creating beautiful music along the way.
The chorale performed in 3 different locations across Ireland, each day performing for a new and welcoming audience. The first concert was in the gorgeous town of Tuam, Ireland, where they had the honor of performing at the community mass that afternoon at Tuam Cathedral. The next performance, the chorale had the exciting opportunity to perform alongside some very talented youth singers of the Westport Youth Choir at Holy Trinity Church in Westport. A few days later, the group ventured to Dublin for their final performance, where they sang in the beautiful Christchurch Cathedral.
Welcome everyone! We are very excited to announce that auditions for the University Chorale of Boston College will take place September 1st-4th in Lyons Hall, room #426. Each day, auditions will run from 2:00pm-6:00pm, and there is no preparation necessary to audition. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!
